The Select All command on the Edit menu selects the image on the visible tab (control tab, picture tab, or graph tab) in the active Gas Man® simulation window. Once selected, the Copy Selection command will copy the image to the clipboard, from which it may be pasted into any graphics-aware receiving application as an illustration, figure, inset, etc.
